Over the first decade of the 21st century I have stayed in dozens of hotels across Europe form Slovakia, Austria, Estonia, Ukraine, Serbia, etc. but the Maya is a bit like your small hometown venue that welcomes you\ back. There is no special lounge, just a roof top, there is no happy time together with other residents in the PM. The toilet/shower stalls are something to get used to but the local attention in Bulgarian was always something special. They look after you so well that it becomes a place to stay and adapt to that makes your time in Sofia memorable... for ever,
