Hotel Stivan Iskar is an excellent BUDGET accomodation. They are located about 20 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from central Sofia where all the sights are. The staff is great and Toni at the front desk is super helpful and very pleasant. The price is right for a budget accomodation where the rooms are clean.
