It is easily the top spot to visit in Bulawayo. Though the facility is huge in size it is well maintained. The scenery is just breathtaking and nature lovers will definitely enjoy this one. A mere walk on the driveway shows you the amazing views that the place has to offer. The staff was on-point and ready to serve, i was really impressed. The prices were affordable considering the current economic climate. The food was great great too.

I definitely recommend it and would encourage other local people to visit the place too. Its worth it...

Amazing

Well kept facilities, an absolute dream for out door, garden events. I was there for a work event and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Good food, good scenary and great fun. I would not mind a repeat of it.

Lovely Venue

This is a beautiful and unique place. Food was great and people were friendly. Loved every minute there! So much to see and the Dungeon room was such an experience. If you can, spoil yourself with a High tea experience in the breathtaking garden!

Magical

Generally it's a Beautiful clean place, perfect for weddings and family gatherings, beautiful scenery. The historical development of the castle is interesting. The staff are very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Family gathering

A very nice and memorable place.Although l have lived in Hillside for years but l had never visited this incredible gem in the city of bulawayo. 
A real castle. l loved the building like old historic bricks. 
Amazing view of the grounds if you are a nature lover like me. Big rocks, trees(forestry), a few animals (impala) l think its the name, the ducks.
Unfortunately when we went there we wanted to have a pizza, but the restaurant was closed.
Rooms and meeting rooms have a cosy feeling. Leather couches and great furniture.
We stayed there for 30mins since we didnt have anything else to do but explore the area only.

city of kings and queens

The hotel was very pleasant, comfortable beds, a small kitchen and even free coffee for the French press. Also in the room was free water, there were apples and pears. The dining room was even exquisite, finally vegetables for the garnish! The only drawback: Wi-Fi only works near the reception, neither in the room nor in the restaurant there is no internet. And maybe for someone in principle there is no bathroom door, only a curtain.

It's a great hotel, good for variety after the lodge.

Stylish mid-range hotel, nice facilities, large rooms (without shower but with bathtub), good service, very good food. Price/performance everything in all very good. In the associated pub in British style we felt very well. Here we come again. An oasis in Bulawayo.

As beautiful as Nesbitt Castle looks from the outside, we cannot recommend it any further: it was not even possible to get a room with a shower and the staff were more than unfriendly. In the evening the bar was simply closed, although there were still guests. The absolute highlight was then breakfast: the tablecloth had stains of at least a week, there were dead flies on the table and the jam served was frozen! We left a day earlier and the management had not even been interested in why. This was unfortunately the worst accommodation on our many African trips.

Unfriendly and Dirty Accommodation

Without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed in in Zimbabwe. A very pleasant surprise to find such a place in Bulawayo, the atmosphere is amazing. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable, very clean. The staff is hospitable. Do not hesitate to dine at the restaurant which is excellent. Only a little bemool, a little hard to find by car, and away from the city centre.
