Nguyen Ha Hotel

Stayed here in March 2016. We booked a quadruple room and when we arrived, we were upgraded to a better room with a better view for free! The room was immaculately clean and everything was brand new. What really impressed me about this hotel was the customer service. Shortly after checking in, I remembered I needed to send an email for work.. but I realized I couldn't charge my laptop because I did not have a travel adapter. I asked the man at the front desk if he knew of a place I could buy one and he said he'd find out and let me know. 15 minutes later, there was a knock on the door - He had gone to buy an adapter for me! I would definitely recommend this hotel - beautiful, brand new, clean in a great location (5 minute walk to back beach) and great customer service.. and all for a great price!
