The hostel is quite fine if you're on the budget, its cheap, clean and modest. The situation is perfect as its in the very centre. 

The owner does one very weird thing: every time you go out, she goes upstairs to your room to check if you turned of all the lights and aircon. I have never seen it before, and although I understand we need to save the energy, it made me really uncomfortable.

We left there also some laundry but the white clothes came back still dirty so I don't know if they actually used some washing powder.  

The owner helped us to get the bus ticket to Hoi An (4 hours drive by the local bus). We paid 85.000 dongs (3euros) per person (cheap!!!) and she said it would be a big comfortable bus with air condition and showed us some pictures of a luxurious touristic bus. For 3 euros I knew it was a lie of course, but why tell your clients such bulls***? You get what you pay for, so she shouldn't promise to the clients things that aren't true. Of course we ended up, as we expected, in a local stinky bus :) 

The rooms have little fridge and mineral water to buy - small bottle 5.000 and big one 10.000. 

You can rent a bike and a scooter at the spot. (Scooters 5USD per day, the cheapest in the area). 

In general, the hostel is fine to people on the budget, just don't do your laundry there and don't believe the owner everything she says!
