friendly and helpful staff. I arrived around midnight, and the front desk associate was able to arrange a tour for me in the morning, which was great.

Everything in the hotel is great ones.Especially,receptionists are very professional, outstanding one is Nguyen Tuong Van.He is young but very considerate.I am very happy with the hotel and highly recommend this hotels for other travellers

Great, friendly staff and clean rooms. Close to the action in town (pedestrian only area). I also joined a tour promoted by the hotel. It was great.

It’s a first hotel in my trip to Vietnam this time. I have to say it grew on me. Convenience is the word and it’s very close to the Centre and city of Hue. The restaurants & bar are great in this areas and reasonably priced. I extended my stay here for a couple more days. Staff is polite and responsive.

The staff are lovely - they could not do enough for you and made an effort to talk to you. Linea (hope I remembered correctly) and another woman were particularly helpful. The other woman upgraded my room when I asked if the room had a window!

The room itself was amazing - it was very spacious and had a great view. The room was clean - particularly the bathrooms. I preferred the walk-in shower bathroom as it was easy to use. The showers could have been a little more powerful for my liking but certainly useable. 

The breakfast is good - I did not know sesame seeds made a big difference to banana pancakes! Please do note that breakfast does finish at 9am.

Overall it was a good stay.

Staff were very friendly and excellent. The place was clean and in good condition.  I had an excellent breakfast. It was well located down a quiet street overlooking a river.

This was a fabulous hotel to stay during our stay at Hue. We loved our Deluxe studio. Had lots of space and the bed was great.I can't say enough of the staff! They were so helpful and friendly. This is in a great location...about a 7-10 minute walk to walking Street and 5-10 min walk to the river. A nice quiet location, yet close enough to all the action.I can highly recommend this place.

Modern, affordable, and in an excellent location. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

The staff was exceptionally good and the people at the front desk or lovely, kind and super helpful.  The two women Nu , Phuong were awesome.   I will make it a point t to come back and stay.   My room was big clean and the pillows soft.    I even have a view of the river!

In April, my family and I stayed at Vina spa hotel Hue, Vietnam. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel. Thank you to all the hotel team and hope to have the opportunity to use the service again in the future.
We traveled from Laos to Hue, Nha Trang, Danang, and spent 8 days in Laos. The trip was very enjoyable, seeing many cities in Vietnam. Vietnamese people are very friendly and welcoming to foreigners. At each stop, we were greeted with a lovely smile and given advice throughout our trip.

We travel from Laos to Hue, Nha Trang, Danang

Location Great, many restaurants, massage places, shopping within 2-5 minutes walk. Great river view from room.  Very friendly, helpful staff. Particularly Nhu, she recommended and booked excellent hue city tour, fixed TV and refrigerator problems and booked train tickets. Room was quiet, bed comfortable  air-condition worked well. No major bathroom issues. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider to stay in future.

Good value hotel in an equally good location. It’s a 30 min walk to the citadel, 10 mins to a lively bar area and if that’s not your thing then there’s an array of restaurants and coffee shops all in the area. Directly opposite is a very nice coffee shop. It’s down a side road so was very peaceful.
My room had a good view of the perfume river, was clean and the bed was comfortable. Amenities included a safe,hairdryer, tea coffee and water. The shower produced plenty of hot water, while the a/c worked well.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and they were able to securely store my rented bicycle while rented scooters can park outside. Laundry is 25k/kilo.
The only minor negatives were a bin in the room rather than just the toilet bin would have been useful, there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom, particularly around the window, and the plug mechanism in the shower/bath to lift up the plug didn’t work.
Overall though I was very happy with my stay and I’d definitely use this hotel again if ever I return to Hue.

Good value hotel in a quiet location

The room was a river-view type, big enough and perfectly cleaned up. So my 3 weeks stay was comfortable.Two problems: #1 Hot water was never available even with the hot water supply button was on. #2 Breakfast was never ready on time, so I had to pass it a few times in order to be on time for my business meetings in the city. When the meal was ready on time, then no hot coffee was in the bottles.  Hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. They were just not very well trained.

Wonderful stay! Great staff!

I spent 3 nights here for my business trip and really loved it. Everything here is very good, except for a small parking lot. I liked the space here, very quiet, no smoking. Staff are friendly, energetic and very enthusiastic to help me. My room on the 7th floor. Although it has been some local homes obscure but I can overlooking the river. Overall, good price and good service. Rooms are clean and airy. Toilets clean and doesn't smell musty. I definitely come back. I think Vina Hotel will be a great choice to contribute to your bussiness trip or travel became more comfortable.

Will definitely be back!

The location is great in a quiet street away from noisy traffic yet only a short walk from the main strip and landmarks. 
Staff were so helpful and pleasant to talk to, always welcoming though we regrettably only stayed the one night.
Breakfast was pre-ordered the previous day I guess due to not many guests being there at the time but it was freshly prepared when we arrived at the breakfast room.
The room was clean and bed sheets spotless.

My only gripe was the air con did not feel very strong though we tried to adjust it many times.

Lovely hotel

The Vina Hotel was the best hotel I stayed at during my month long trip through Vietnam. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Anything you needed they would arrange for you. They really made you feel like you were at home.
The hotel is quite modern, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was terrific, with great selection of fruit, pastries, eggs and noodles.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend them for anybody.
