Great location in the heart of Old Quarter, cozy rooms (we saw 2 of them), and absolutely amazing and very helpful managers - Thomas and his team. They got everything covered and helped us to arrange several tours with great timing, convenience and tour program (Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa, Hanoi City and Street-food). We are grateful and highly recommend! But still some points we didn’t like, areas of improvement: Not so easy to find. If you have problems with sleep - beware of City View room, it is noisy at night because Old Quarter is active till ~1am. There is no shower curtain in bathroom, so the toilet and whole room are wet after shower.
