The quality was about the same as the price. However, there were no problems.

Overall it was good and quite cheap but there were some shortcomings too

Exactly where u want to b to see the Old Quarter. Staff very helpful. Comfortable rooms.

ハノイ観光にとても良い立地で、ローカルな美味しいお店が近く沢山あり、食べ歩いて探してみるのも楽しいと思います。私は一日中徒歩で市内観光をしました。ハノイ市内はGrabタクシーもすぐに来てくれて便利です。ホテルのスタッフも親切で前日のツアー予約や深夜の空港への送迎も快く手配してくれました。設備の使用方法なども慣れていなくて困ったのですが親切に教えてくれて、安全に楽しい旅を終えることができました。It's in a great location for sightseeing in Hanoi, and there are many delicious local restaurants nearby, so I think it's fun to walk around and explore them. I spent the whole day touring the city on foot. Grab taxis are very convenient in Hanoi as they come quickly.The hotel staff was also kind and willing to make tour reservations the day before and arrange transportation to the airport late at night. I had some trouble because I wasn't familiar with how to use the equipment, but they kindly taught me how to use the equipment, and I was able to complete my trip safely and happily.

The staff/owner of the hotel can speak English so there is nothing to worry about. My stay in the hotel is good. Its location is accessible to everything. I see no problem during my stay at all.

Staffs are very kind.I stayed there for two weeks and spent a great time.

We stayed in the silver land yen hotel ho chi Minh city in march for five nights. Our executive double was lovely, clean and comfortable. I really liked the rooftop splash pool and bar area, great chill out or sunbathing space. Great two for one drink deals and barebacks excellent too. We particular ly enjoyed coming back to the hotel around four pm and having there afternoon tea. It was usually accompanied by music from the region played live. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. If we ever go back we'll stay there again. An oasis of peace in a busy busy, hot city.

Loved my stay here. Close to everything, quiet room, GREAT A.C. and friendly, helpful staff.

A little bit strange that they provide shampoo and such but not hand soap to wash your hands. The shower area was be stained dirty, from minerals in the water I think. No complimentary water. Small issues but I think if fixed it would make life easier for guests.  
Staff are super helpful. Lovely to chat with and have good ideas for activities. Room was spacious, bed comfy, shower pressure was good. Good location to explore Old Town. Will be going back twice more and that is fine with us. They sell water at the hotel cheaper than you can get outside on the street, in the markets, etc. 
Go see the show "My Village" if you can, very cool.

Hotel is in perfect location. Hotel Staff are very friendly. The free breastfast was very tasty. The room was small but comfortable. There was no window and there were stains over the walls/ceiling. However, The room seemed clean enough. The main downfall was getting locked out of our bathroom overnight. The staff did not have keys for the toilets and had to come back the next day to break off the handle. So we had to use the communal toilet downstairs overnight. The staff were very apologetic about it and gifted us a big bottle of water (which was a nice gesture)

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff made sure to help us the best they could. Thùy helped us to plan our trip! We went to Sapa and Halong Bay. The home stay with mama Shu Sho was amazing! We went to the rice fields and some villages !! Her food is excellent!!! In Halong Bay the cruise was beautiful we stayed one night in the cruise and one night at the bungalow!!! The experience, the food, drinks, and views are WOW!!I recommend this Hotel! They will make sure to plan everything the best way for you!!! ❤️

Amazing staff and great location!

I was welcomed by the friendly staff on arrival. The staff were always very helpful. The room that i had was good a size and good value for money. The central location means that everything is in good walking distance. There were a couple of things that didn't work but they were promply fixed. I would definately stay here again.

Central location, friendly staff and good value

Was upgraded from a standard room to a double which was very nice, but still no window. Great location in a quieter side alley off a bigger street a short walk from the lake. Looked newly renovated, everything was clean. Breakfast was nothing fancy but made fresh to order. The staff is very helpful, but don't book trips through them, I paid more for Halong Bay than anybody else on the boat, and I'm in Sapa right now and thoroughly unimpressed with the "itinerary". Great value for location & price, I'd recommend staying at hotel, but again, go to a travel agency for your tours.

Great value!

This is my second time staying at this hotel for the following reasons: 1) Awesome breakfast - it is made fresh to order,  it is not oily like some places; order also comes with fruits, juice, coffee. 2) Excellent service  -staff speaks english, are friendly; prompt service; resolves issue or problems3) Rooms are clean4) They have wi-fi5)  Quiet neighborhood - they are located in a side street where cars cannot drive through 6) Conveniently located in an area near local shops, restaurants - walking distance to the lake 7) Convenience - allowed us to leave our luggages while touring halong bay

The hotel is well situated on a relatively quiet street in the Old Quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when we arrived at 5.30 in the morning off the night train allowed us into our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast.There was a choice of styles of breakfast and these were more than adequate.We took their advice on which company to use (Lemon Cruises) for our trip to Bai Tu Long Bay ( much quieter than Ha Long Bay) and were very pleased with our trip.All in all an excellent budget priced hotel and we would stay there again.

Good hotel in a great location

The hotel staff provided great service, always ready to help and provide information. They even packed sandwiches for our breakfast before we leave for the airport early in the morning.The only negative point is that the hotel is on a small lane with a morning fresh meat/fish market. It is a bit noisy and can be a bit smelly when you walk out of the hotel.
