I cannot speak highly enough of the staff that work at the Sangita classy boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated above and beyond my expectations. We landed in Hanoi very early and got to the hotel well before check-in time, but the amazing Chloe managed to get us into our room many hours earlier than booked for no extra charge. All the staff were lovely and nothing was ever a bother for them. The boys working the breakfast made our eggs every day perfectly and always with a smile. The reception crew were more than happy to always assist with directions and recommendations. The hotel itself is in a fantastically positioned spot in the old quarter, close enough to walk to everything and in an area that all tours from Hanoi will be happy to pick you up from right at the front door.The hotel itself is small and boutique, comfortable beds, warm showers, complimentary drinking water bottles each day, and lots of food options literally outside the hotel. I happily recommend the Singita and would definitely book there again next time we are in Hanoi.
