TLDR; exceptional service, comfortable stay, and convenient location The hotel is located in the heart of Hoi An with less than 5min walk to the busy strip. Not much street noise. Pros: 24H doormen, staff spoke exceptional english, great shower pressure, comfy beds, blackout curtains, no much outside or hallway noise, strong hairdryer, working AC unit Cons: Had to climb over into the shower, which also designed poorly that the water would leak over and had no shower curtains. Provided water containers had soiled lips under the caps for all 3 rooms. 1 room had a lingering cigarette smell. Lots of moisture/dampness in the rooms. Pro tip: get a room w handicap accessibility, as the shower was normal and a regular walk-in. Staff members were exceptional—extremely polite and helpful. Helped with bags upon arrival and delivery to the room, always opening doors, free water refills at the lobby. Delicious breakfast buffet from 6:30-10; variety over the days and extensive. Spa was too expensive for massages at 950k vs outside at a rate of ~300k.
