We paid $150,000 Dong a night here for a private room with a fan. The room had 2 queen size beds that were surprisingly comfortable, very soft. The room had a bit of a musty damp smell to it. The hotel's managers don't speak English but were very friendly. We considered it good value and the location was great. There was a great cheap place for breakfast a couple of doors down at 5am restaurant (large Karaoke sign above it).
