Lovely hotel just outside old town Hoi An. The staff at reception and the restaurant were lovely. They arranged a lovely surprise in our room as we’re celebrating our Anniversary. The Air Conditioner wasn’t working on check in but reception upgraded us to a lovely room straight away. About 15 minutes walk in to old town, however the staff provided free bicycles for us to use which was a great experience. Staff directed us to some great local street food locations. 5 star experience. Thank you
