This was my 4th stay at this amazing hotel and I've just booked our 5th. I initially chose it for it's perfection location and the balconies over looking the river. Sally and her team are so genuine and friendly, a true experience of Vietnamese hospitality. They know all of their guests and ensure they are well taken care of. Breakfast is delicious with ample choices, you have the option of eating indoors or out on the terrace. The pool is undercover and refreshing, the day spa is really good. This hotel suits everyone, if you want easy access to the Ancient Town, Night Markets, bars and restaurants, it is a great choice. If you want to feel like special guest/part of the family, it's a must.
