Conveniently located near the back beach - with the free buggy service or a short 10min stroll... Lots of local food around too. Walk rightwards as you exit the hotel (away from the beach), and you will find a good bakery - Garden Bakery (you can sit and enjoy the nice garden, if you don't fancy the beach). Hotel also has motorbikes for rent (VND200k daily). Overall, nice trip, and good stay. I'd recommend this hotel.
