I needed to be in the district as I had to be close to the Lotte Centre. I could not complain as it ticked all the boxes for me. I was on 4th floor in studio apartment and did not experience a noice problem other than the usual hussle and bussle of living in a very busy city district. At the Lotte Centre there is an excellent supermarket and along the way good convenience stores so I could keep a food pantry going at home for when I did not deel liking venturing out. As it is not a tourist area, I could walk around without hawkers harassing me, a major bonus. Also an opportunity to just live amongs the locals in what I gather is a middleclass area. Please becbeware this is not a hotel and most of time it is hard to get hold of the manager so book tours and things elsewhere. Also it is in an alley way so cabs can’t go there so find the nearest taxi area to save trouble. The Lotte Centre is a huge scyscraper of a building and only a brisk ten minute walk and taxis galore. Great value for money.
