If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay in Sa Pa this is the one. Located on a hill overlooking breathtaking views of the mountains, this capsule hotel doesn’t disappoint. SiSi, the guy who works there knows how to get away from the common tourist spots in the Lao Cai province and I’d trust his recommendations.

Relaxing, friendly and very comfortable

Good location in the old quarter, lots of great food around, shops and beer places too. Vivid street with a lot of action in the evening. The early sleepers could be irritated for the same reason. But the heavy drinkers and/or heavy sleepers should not have a problem at all. Staff speaks above average English and can easily arrange tours, transportation or whatever you need. 

Neat spot to stay in Hanoi

Have given 5 star for capsule hostel As was at capsule hostel for nearly two weeks I felt like I'm at home the working staff is very friendly and supporting would like to thank Mrs Cham the owner of the capsule she treated us brothers as her family members also would like to thanks Ngoc and Phuong for making my tour memorable. I will definitely recommend this place for everyone.
 I would like to be back here soon again.

Another home at Hanoi

Very helpful staff Ms Snow! She was arranging our flight to HCM excellently and we owed her big thanks! Also she got us half day room before the flights, well appreciated. 
Highly recommended hostel if u want to save budget in Hanoi, location is perfect for exploring Hanoi to start with and u can meet up travelers all around the world! Good job Capsule Hostel.

Excellent service!

The location is in the old quarter and yet far enough from the drinking scene. You would think it is quiet but there are roosters opposite the hostel in the facing block which will wake you up at 4am and continue to keep you up. The beds are comfortable and the curtain is great for privacy. Met some very cool people though. Simple breakfast included but a bit slow if you are in a hurry.

There are no female and male floors. The rules are very lax. Some french travelers put out their laundry dripping with water. Underwear everywhere. There should be some rules for that.

They have cheap tours available.
