I'm still there for a business conf. this week. pretty nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms and excellent facilities; it seems to  have it all, including free wireless internet, nothing to complain about...breakfast and luch buffets are typical and rich. The spa looks particularly interesting - well of course this is the charming Asia!

Nice hotel, wonderful spa

The hotel is expensive and not ok.    It's used a lot with Japanese people because it's possible to hire women.   But the rooms are lived and. It good equipped.   The breakfast is a good French highway hotel level.   So.  Stay cheaper and better somewhere else.   

Absolutely not to recommend.  

This was a basic business hotel and a bit of a trek from the centre. The check-out process was a bit slow as the hotel seems to attract mass trade or business delegations, and this also meant that the breakfast queues were pretty bad. The hotel had no atmosphere, so unless you're there for business only and its close to the hotel, I would not recommend it.

They always take deposit and se excuse to deduct amount so they don't have to pay all money back. In my case it was little stain on bath towel. They debited 15$. Old  Towels was not even worth 2 $. I was shocked with there reply that it's hotel policy. I will not recommend any one to use the hotel .

Horrible

They asked for more money on the way! :

We book our minivan trip to koh lanta with them from ao nang. halfway through, they stopped the bus in an "office". We already paid 350 bath for our ticket (tourist price) and were told that they would drop us at our hotel in Long Beach, but then it changed.

Either we gave them our booking number (so they can get an extra comission), book an hotel with them (so they can get a commission) or we paid an extra 150 bath each.

They didnt even make a call to our hotel to arrange a pick up or find out the booking number we didnt have with us at the moment. 

Luckily two girls in the same minibus were going to the same area, so talking to the driver we were dropped not far away from our hotel (eventhough the woman from the office did all she could to make sure we paid or we wouldnt reach our destination, even if she already knew the van was going were we needed to be anyway!) 

So beware of this hotel and their tours!!!
