Pho the lady that runs and owns the hotel along with her husband made my stay very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel at 12.50 a night USA dollars. The hotel was clean and quiet. It is right in the Center of town so you are there with the hustle and bustle. Also if you book through her you can arrange for a airport pick up which is more reasonable than if you decide not to. I would definitely go back and stay. There is also an awesome coffee bar and restaurant down the street towards St Josephs cathedral called La Place which serves awesome vietnamese coffee! No service of food except for a pork bun sandwich in the morning ( yum yum ) and juice or coffee.
