We did not stay at the hotel but we did 2 tours with them and they were very good. The first was to Sapa, 2 days and one night in a homestay. It was misty out but we enjoyed the trek and our stay with our host Mao. The only issue was that we arrived back to Hanoi at 3:30am when we were told it would be later. Nothing is open at this time and all you can do is wonder around. Our second tour was to Halong Bay. We booked the 3 star boat and 2 star hotel. It was excellent. The tour company we went with were good, food was good and accommodation. We got a good price for booking both these tours at once with Alibaba. Miss Hieu was very helpful and we'd recommend doing tours with Alibaba.
