Our stay was so lovely.We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake.Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily.Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee.The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly.Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they were part of. It is not always the case to see this.We would return any opportunity.
