We were collected from Danang airport and after about a 40 minute transfer we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, a couple of hours later than anticipated due to flight delays. The amazing staff did not bat an eye at our late arrival, the bags were transferred to our room whilst one of the porters got the task of escorting us across the road for pho. We are a party of 9, 2 families and the youngest is 17, so we could easily have managed ourselves, but the hotel manager insisted we be escorted to make sure we were looked after properly at the food shop. This set the tone for our stay. The rooms were stunning, the breakfasts were buffet style and really good and any recommendations we asked for from the hotel like tailors and restaurants were spot on. It rained the entire time we were there and my daughter's room smelled a bit damp, but they bent over backwards to try to put her and her partner into a better room. Would definitely recommend.
