Friends Inn Travel

We stayed in this accommodation for 4 nights and we really enjoyed there. We had a family room which was spacious and cosy. Everything was clean, the bathroom big enough. There is no bathtub or shower tub in the bathroom, but this is frequent and usual in Vietnam. At first it was strange to us because Hanoi was our first stop. The room had a small balcony overlooking the busy street. It was interesting sitting on the balcony and looking onto the street all those motorbikes loaded with stuff of people:) Although the guesthouse is in the busy street it does not disturb you while sleeping as isolation is great. No sound from the street in the room. Breakfast was ok, you choose it from the menu. There is a variety of Vietnamese and European kind of breakfast. Coffee is free all the time. But the best thing about the Friends Inn and Travel is their staff. They were so nice, hospitable, helpful. We really felt great, welcomed and safe. We even booked a day trip to Tam Coc via their agency and it was wonderful. It was the best day trip we had in Vietnam. It was almost private, full of different activities, very educative, interesting and not too exhausting as we were travelling with our 7 year daughter. I would definitely recommend this accommodation because you have everything here; it is in the centre, there are nice and clean rooms, great staff and agency as well so you can organize some of your trips.
