Excellence service!! Locations is either get. Only around 30 minutes away from airport with Taxi. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly , helpful and efficient to help you find your way around the city. The club lounge is the best in all of the intercontinental hotel we’ve ever been. I don’t think it’s a club lounge 😁. When I went to the lounge,I thought I was in the gallery , it’s not only good for the business trip but also for people who want relax .We stayed at the hotel 6 nights. Here are the true hospitality staffs in club lounge and will offer you the best service! Thank you to all guys provide the wonderful service for us : Kiet , Tuan, Huong ,Manh, Yana, Minh ,Hang . (Just want to say all guys again) I also want to say ; stay here you can have a various delicious breakfast every morning and most of time you can talk to the chef about the food 😁but I only can say he is the best and capable chef in the world. In the end, thanks for the girl who checked in us and gave help us to get the good restaurant in Hanoi. I will always remember the good times we spent at the hotel in Hanoi and we will come back again!
