Very nice and helpful staff.central location in old quarter

不過行李寄存方面有待改善。
因為check out 之後兩日再check in。寄存之3件行李
另外 酒店遺亦有健身設施 是24小時的 一般都不會開放24小時 對十分方便。早餐每天都會有不同的款式 除了普通西式早餐的食物 還有即煮越南牛肉河粉 超級好吃的 每天都會下去吃早餐才開始一天的行程

We enjoyed our stay at Legacy hotel. The staff were exceptionally wonderful and the hotel services were very good from the rooms to the food. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We recommend it for anyone staying in Hanoi.

My boyfriend and I hadn't booked a hotel and passed by this one which opened this year. We were planning on just staying one night, but the central location and wonderful staff convinced us to stay extra nights. The rooms themselves were clean and having a balcony was nice. It's not the cheapest or most expensive place, but the front desk folks were AMAZING! They helped us book taxis, recommended good places for us to go, and resolved any issues we had. They were always attentive and definitely made our stay exceptional.

In terms of location: a few minutes walk will get you to beer street, night market, and the pond. Good eats all around and fresh seafood right outside the hotel!

I stayed here for 2 nights during a trip around south east Asia last year, the staff were polite and helpful and the general look of the hotel was clean and friendly. The room was standard and did the job and for the price paid for the room it was excellent value. The only thing i would say is that the pictures advertised on here don't look like the hotel, its a great place for budget travellers nevertheless!

Lovely value hotel located in an authentic Hanoi street!

Legacy hotel

Well placed for visiting the old quarter, this was an OK place to stay. Our 8th floor room at the end of the corridor was far more comfortable than our inner room on the 4th floor. Whoever painted the ceiling in room 402 needs lessons. We did run out of water in our 8th floor room and had to wait for the storage to refill. The hotel does offer breakfast, but why would you when there are Pho vendors right outside the door. Become part of the entertainment. This hotel is probably at the lower end of their chain.

Comfortable stay

Good location for this boutique hotel more suitable for tourism than for business. Rooms are nice and well equipped, breakfast should be improved. Smoking rooms are available only with balcony. Good comparison on between quality and price.

Good location

I don’t understand the 5 star reviews because I just had the worst experience here and I don’t think it was just an isolated incident. 

They didn’t have the room I booked upon arrival (VIP deluxe) and so they scrambled and said they would find me a different hotel. It was around 10pm, so they couldn’t find one so they put us in one of their tiny standard rooms with a window with a view of the indoors (weird..). 

We got in the room and it was gross. We don’t have high standards for hotels but there was hair UNDER the blanket (little hairs, ugh), and the shower had a pool of water because there was water leaking. 

I asked the front desk guy (Mr Linh) to find us a different hotel instead or to cancel our booking altogether. He banged on our door to investigate our complaints. He didn’t seem to think they were a big deal, so he pleaded with us to stay and he would have the vip room ready by 7am. 

We unhappily complied, but I told him that if it’s not ready by the next morning, we want a full refund. He said yes. 

The next morning at 9am, it’s a new lady, she said the vip room still had issues and to wait an hour. Then she called and said it won’t be ready till 12pm. 

I had enough so I told her that we wanted to cancel the entire booking and I want a full refund. The manager Bach, came down and worked with agoda.com (booking agent) to cancel and give me a refund. I waited to make sure I got some kind of confirmation via agoda. 

Then as I was trying to leave, he told me I needed to pay for the night I stayed. And he said it was 890k vnd. Way more than the VIP room cost, which was 760k vnd (LOL). He said I should pay cash bc agoda wasn’t going to give them any money (no duh). 

I told him I was not paying for that dirty room when it was their fault. He tried to keep me from leaving. Then I overheard another guest say that he booked two rooms but they didn’t have the rooms he actually paid for (same problem). 

So I think this place is a total scam and DONT book here, it’s not worth the trouble. There are too many legitimate sounding reviews that say they encountered the exact problem.

I booked a room by booking.com and when i arrived they refused to give me my room 
They keep me waiting more than one hour and the manager laughed in my face
Very unprofessional 
I had a reservation and i was not able to have a room
