Hanoi Cheering Hotel

Well where do I start, from the moment we arrived staff where extremely friendly, chatty and helpful. The location of the hotel is superb every where is in walk distance and we didn't need a taxi, bus or any type of transport at all the whole trip. Breakfast was perfect with four options catering for everyone, rooms where extremely clean, beds comfy, a lot of tv channels for many nationalities and all age groups! on arrivle we where extremely unsure on things to do and how to get places as it was our first time in Vietnam let alone Hanoi and if it wasn't for Anna one of the staff receptionist our holiday would have been a lot different. On arrivle she recommend so many things do, see and eat and located them all on a very useful map given! We appreciated it so much making our trip so much easier and saving so much time so we could see everything Hanoi has to offer. Not only was she helpful, she was also extremely friendly and always had a smile on her face plus took the time out to speak to us no matter how busy she was. Another staff memeber we would like to thank is Jenny, always very smiley and the fist to greet us in the mornings, informing us with very useful information for the day ahead making our day a lot easier and stress free. Thanks Jenny for the perfect start to the day! We couldn't fault this hotel, in our whole few months we been travelling the world, this is by far the most friendly and helpful hotel we have stayed in, they have set the bar so high for other hotels now not only in Vietnam but for the rest of or trip in south east Asia! We Would like to thank all the staff one last time for the pleasant stay and making our expierance of Hanoi, Vietnam unforgettable. Many thanks Nathan and Jess x
