Splendid Boutique Hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment I made the reservation, we exchanged messages to schedule a late check-in time of 11pm. Unfortunately, my bus to Hanoi was delayed and would only arrive at the hotel at midnight, after the check-in time. On the way, I exchanged messages with Doha, who was very kind and waited until I arrived, more than one hour after the check-in time. He was very friendly and attentive when he welcomed me, which I really appreciate because if he had not allowed the late check-in, I would have had to find another option to sleep. Doha even upgraded the room to a room with a view of the Old Quarter. The room was very comfortable and clean, and had everything necessary for a good stay. I would also like to highlight the airport transfer service, which was reasonably priced.
