I spent only few hours here to wait for my late flight. The room is big and clean. It is not modern or new but it is good enough. It is cheap rate. And I impress with the reception. They are friendly help full. much more better than Tan An Palace

There is only one staff member who speaks English and since we only stayed there as a transit to catch an early flight from Hai phong to Danang, it was OK.
They sent us up 4 floors (we are elderly) with slippy winding stairs to our room which faced the main road. Noisy but again, OK for one night. The breakfast for USD1.50 was a bun with two fried eggs and a cup of tea. Not worth it but again, only once but more than enough. The Lotteria (like KFC) was great for dinner.
The bed was harder than rock though.

One night is enough

It's looks old. Cheap but not worth the price for customers. Away from the sea, no hour clock . Air conditioner is not cold because old . The bed in the room is not clean. I get out after one day. I not return here.

Old hotel

Only booked in for one night, and thank god that was it. 
Not convinced the bedding had been changed from the guests before us. There were 'special hairs' in bed and all over the bathroom. The whole room was dusty and gross. We faced into the main road which was really noisy. And the beds!!!! I know all the reviews have mentioned them, but my god! It was like sleeping on a tiled floor! We lifted the 'mattress' up to see what it was made of and found old underpants and socks under it. I came to the conclusion it was just wood. 
SO GROSS! AVOID!

The plus.... it's neat the bus station

Do not stay here, staff are beyond rude and the service is awful. Advertise that can use card payments but then do not accept and payments and made us go out and get the money late in the evening from ATM. Do not stay here!
