Totally fine. Big room with nice bathroom. Good wifi and aircon. Location a bit out of the "centre" but doesn't matter because theres nothing to do in Dong Hoi anyway. Price was cheap. Scooter rental was 200k which seemed very high - I think the owner did this to discourage us from taking to scooter to Phong Nha and instead booking a tour through him. Other than this no problems whatsoever. Recommend for an overnight stay.
