The room was clean, beautiful riverview and the service was amazing. We rented a good motorcycle from the hotel to travel around Da Nang. All the staff here is extremely helpful. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Nice location and good service. I recommend this hotel.

I've been here two nights.

It's a nice place but not as nice as some other hotels . Friendly staff and seemed fine enough.  I would use them again though would probably shop around a little to see if there is anything nicer . Aircon was a little weak 

Short stay 

Location is great, within 5 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Room is clean. Appreciated the fact that after the laundry service stained my shirt the hotel staff took it back and clean it again without charging the cleaning fee. Good service!.

Good location

Location allright, and hotel rather clean in general, but breakfast could be much better.
Best point : the nice receptionnist gave us a bigger room than expected. She is really nice, even trying to speak some French with us. Generally, the team is really nice and helpfull, everybody tries to do his best to help you.
So we cannot complain. Hotel correct for that price.

Correct

We did laundry here, make sure you count it because me and my friend realized afterwards they took our (good pairs!) of boxers. That's just plain weird. Plus hallway lights being turned off and general filthiness of rooms makes you feel like you're in a horror movie. I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏻‍♂️

Stole my underwear?

This was a decent, basic, inexpensive hotel with very friendly staff.  The Indian and Australian restaurants next door and across the street were great.  We asked about quick tours of the area and one of the people at the desk took us on a tour of Linh Ung Pagoda and Monkey Mountain the next day.  It was reasonably priced and fun.

Great location and staff

We were not able to get any terrible experiences during our two-day stay. The room was neat, the bathroom was clean, and the staff worked hard. The price was perfectly fine. Certainly the staff didn't seem very professional, even a little uncertain, but always worked hard. A large supply of new towels would certainly do the hotel good, some had holes already, but they were clean. We didn't even notice a restaurant! They didn't even include breakfast in the room price.

Price/performance matched

We had booked this hotel because the reviews convinced us and the mattresses looked very comfortable. The air conditioning system works seamlessly and is quiet. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. I start with the positive things first. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make a lot of effort when you have any concerns, such as booking a trip or advertising from the room. The beds are large and the mattresses are very comfortable. The air conditioning system works seamlessly and is quiet. The hotel must be perfectly located if you want to go on a beach holiday in Da Nang. However, this is best done because of the tourism in Nang.

Unfortunately, it's a long way from the evaluation.

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews here, and now that I've been there with my girlfriend, I can't understand where these reviews come from. We arrived very late at night, completely exhausted, and were taken to a dark room that apparently wasn't cleaned and smelled like mold after the previous occupant. First after several complaints and not letting go, we were offered another room, for which we also had to pay an extra fee. The receptionist just smiled and my bath housekeeping, as if it were our fault. Not at all. But that's not enough: in the new room it wasn't very clean and there was no warm water and then there were still snacks.

Get your fingers off me!

This hotel is in a good location if you want to rest, a little far from the beach and the city center, but with a scooter you can get there in a few minutes, (we rent it in the same hotel), it's new and clean, the staff is friendly, the best of the breakfast, some young people put their best effort to make it delicious, attentive, kind and educated.
