Spacious room, vey clean, modern, large flat screen tv, fridge, all worked, amenities provided, good location, lots of food places literally around the corner. no traffic noise. for elderly visitors: a lift is available.

We stayed one night in a quadruple room with two adults and two children. Don't think that the cheap price means that there lacks quality. This was a great stay. A marble staircase leads to the room and there is a lift as well. The room itself was basic and clean with a private bathroom. All amenities were provided in the bathroom which was unexpected and welcomed.
As for location, it couldn't be any better. It was right on eat street. All the best places to eat were located right on your doorstep. Highly recommend a visit

Cheap stay with affordable tours to the floating market, noodle factory and other sights with breakfast sandwich included. Not too far of a walk to the centre and food market. Room was clean, wifi good and flat screen tv. Can't go wrong.

Really average room but that's all what you really need in Can Tho. Nice view from the window and quite good location, about 10 minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. We booked Mekong delta trip with our hotel and it was "alright" if you have some extra time try to book it somewhere else.

However - ants in the room, no hot water, no kattle.

not amazing but good value for money

All though we were happy with the majority of our stay. Facilities and location were good. At the end of our stay we had the most stressful experience! This hotel promises a shuttle to the bus stop for your next bus. This was arranged the night before to be ready for 7:15am. When we arrived to reception in the morning, we were greeted by a lady who spoke no English and was trying to tell us our shuttle would be half and hour late and our bus left at 8am. It wasn’t just the fact that this could make us miss our bus but also the fact we were unable to communicate properly about the problem, in a stressful situation! We ended up having to run through the streets with all our backpacks trying to frantically find a taxi who would take us in time. Which also did work out well for us. We made it to the bus with 3 mins to spare and this was a horrid experience to have had at the end of the stay! DO NOT BOOK A SHUTTLE THROUGH THIS HOTEL! Organise your own transportation! 

Upsetting end to our stay 

Not agreeing with other comments, the staff was not as dedicated as described when I asked for touristic info and boat tours. They even refuse to check and book my bus/boat transfer to phu quoc. And my room wasn't properly cleaned when I arrived, the bathroom was dirty and the sink stuck. Then I discovered ants around the fridge so was moved to another room with no window as the other room with window had the same issue. So overall the employee did her best but it wasn't such a relax stay. I asked simply to not pay my laundry for the inconvenience. They also refuse a few minute drive to catch my mini bus on a hot day.
