Stayed here for one night for an early flight out of LaGuardia. The price was the cheapest I could find and managed to get an Uber for $6 that took 10 minutes so great location for it. The guy on reception was very helpful and friendly, despite sitting by the door in the freezing cold at 11pm! Didn't really use the kitchen but the facilities looked great and all you could need in a hostel. The room was a small 4 bed, but had an en suite. It was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, but it was just a bed for a few hours. The mattress was really thin and not that comfy, and the heating was extremely overbearing. But if you turned it off it was too cold so you need to find a balance. I didn't sleep very well because someone came in quite drunk at 1am and kept turning the light on and talking on her phone but that isn't the fault of the hostel! One of the only good things about it was the plump pillows and the soft and fluffy blankets! I left at 530am and nobody was on reception, but there was a note saying leave keys there and where to go if you needed something.

Cheap but wouldn't return

Paid my hard earnt money just to be kicked out as they closed a day later was pretty much left stranded promised redund but never receiver.. dozens of emaiks sent since it happened late dec 2017 but only 1 reply and no refund!
