Wonderful experience in an elegant hotel. We came to see the Christmas lights and decorations and do some Christmas shopping and the staff made our trip very relaxing and uneventful at the hotel, which is what you want in a hotel experience. The rooms are good sized and the park view was stupendous, especially the morning after the snow. They've had some restaurant issues I'm guessing since darlings and rose lane were closed except for breakfast but the room service was reasonably priced and the food was delicious so it made up for not having the other restaurants open and it's NYC there's a great restaurant on every corner so Park Lane is an excellent hotel, they don't need to be a Michelin star restarted too. Prices were in line with downtown hotels an we were on central park south, steps from the bus line and subway and away from the noise of the city. Couldn't have asked for a better trip.
