From the moment we looked on line to book the bed and breakfast to the moment we walked in on arrival and received a warm welcome, we knew we had found a special gem. The interior is beautiful and the thought and consideration of colours, fabrics, ornaments, furnishings and finishes is truly stunning. As someone who appreciates luxury interior decoration, the Farrow & Ball colours and Annie Sloan chalk paints work wounderfully here. So many bed and breakfast places are shabby in an old fashion sense of the word, this is shabby chic modern perfection. No cream or magnolia walls with dated curtains and bathrooms in sight!. (Looked at hundreds of reviews before we booked here). The snug lounge with the roaring fireplace in the evening was relaxing and the breakfast were perfect to start the day in an unhurried way. Coco the dog was very friendly. Two good pubs within a 15 min drive, recently refurbished plus a traditional local pub in the village. Can't praise this bed and breakfast enough.
