What a fantastic place, the whole family enjoyed the meal tonight, bar staff and our waitress Lucy were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful staff, warm and cozy atmosphere. We will.definatley be back. Thankyou team Verzons for a wonderful evening.

The Verzon hotel advertises itself as a 3 star, but I would add another 2 stars. In our opinion the quality of food, cleanliness, rooms, amenities and standards of service, are excellent. 
On arrival, the understated and relaxed atmosphere will ensure you are made to feel immediately comfortable and welcome. Nothing is too much for the team and they are very accommodating to individual requests in providing a first class stay. 
We will definitely be returning having found this 'little gem', if you are looking for somewhere convenient for easy access to Wales or Cheltenham, if you are more local and want a destination for good food, this is the place for you too.

stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after a fire broke out in our building, have to say this is one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. food is lovely, staff are wonderful and the garden is gorgeous and amazing for kids! special shout out to Lauren, Sky and Ellie for being so kind to us during our stay. there was also another lady who was brilliant but unsure of her name! 5 out 5 stars!!

Easily the best hotel in Herefordshire. We've stayed in quite a few hotels over the past 12 months, and Verzon House is head and shoulders above the rest. All the rooms are spacious, individually styled, super comfy beds, smart modern bathrooms. The bar is warm and intimate, the terrace and deck looking towards the Malvern Hills, and the restaurant is understandably packed over the weekend - and certainly worth going just for the breakfast. East to get to - plenty of parking. But one of the things we most love (whether that's when it's just my wife and me, or when we've had our teenage son staying with us) is the wonderful team that work for owner Kate. Big shout out to Doug and Maisie in particular. I don't think we've ever stayed anywhere where the welcome has been warmer and more personal. 100 per cent recommend to anyone travelling in this area, or to locals for food and drinks. Book ahead if it's the weekend.

I have stayed at The Verizon about 4 times now - an annual trip with University friends.  Service, food and rooms are fantastic.  Staff are incredibly friendly and look after us so well every year. Look forward to returning again next year!  Thank you.

We have just stayed one night at the Verzon Hotel - absolutely amazing!!!  The decor, the staff, the food and the attention to detail were all outstanding!  Our bedroom was one of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.  Dinner last night and breakfast this morning were both delicious.  Can't wait to return!

We went to the Verizon as a last minute get away and had a great stay. The staff are polite and attentive, the food was great and the room was very smart. Also a very dog friendly hotel and so our Labrador Star was well looked after. We will absolutely return . Thanks for a great stay . 

What a fabulous hotel and restaurant. Quirky, stylish & welcoming. Visited with family and had a wonderful Sunday Lunch. The bar had great cocktails and the food was amazing.
Doug was excellent and a real asset to the hotel. The other staff were great too.
Definitely recommend a visit - you won’t be disappointed. 

We were a group of 10 for Sunday lunch. This is a wonderful establishment that provides a pleasant ambiance, an excellent private room, good service, and an outstanding Sunday lunch. There is also a retail offering of local Apple Cider Vinegar and wines from the owner's vineyard in France.

Fantastic!! Doug and the staff couldn't do enough for us , amazing rooms spotlessly clean perfectly equipped with everything ,The food will certainly not disappoint , Great well stocked bar .Definitely worth a visit you will not be disappointed
