Beautiful room with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in   The room was clean and a good size. We arrived earlier than we should but were made to feel very welcome. Tea and cake served to us in the sitting room on arrival.
Plenty of parking even for a Range Rover with horse trailer attached - ideal spot to stay if attending the three counties show ground. 
Free Wi-fi was helpful

We stayed at Chirkenhill Farm for 1 night on 21st June 2017.  The farm is in a beautiful quiet area of Malvern and although we arrived a little early we were warmly welcomed by Sarah who served us tea and cake in the comfortable and interesting lounge.  We spent a very pleasant night in our room which was furnished in period furniture, a comfortable bed and a full modern bathroom en-suite.  Breakfast the following morning consisted of a large variety of cereals, fruit juice, excellent fresh fruit followed by a delicious full English breakfast, cooked and served by Sarah. The surrounding area is lovely and we would certainly return if we visit the area again.

We recently shared a lovely 3 day B&B experience at Sarah's place. Her breakfasts were excellent with lots of healthy choices of juice, fresh soft fruit, yoghurts, cereals and, if room, topped off with a cooked-to-order 'Full English'....for old hands like us! Coffee, tea, toast and confections were plentiful and the whole 'event' happened at a long refectory table in a large and beautiful farmhouse dining room that is full of character and charm. We enjoyed the guest lounge which we were encouraged to use, and more so given the local magazines and history books that are available for guests. Chirkenhill Farm has a large lawn with magnificent mature trees, bird-song is constant and the outdoor seating commands some long views over the surrounding countryside. Coming from Yorkshire, we know B&B's....and Sarah's is one of the best....and comes with ample parking!

Only stayed one night but a really lovely place. Offered tea and cake in the lounge after we arrived and picked up on some useful local info at the same time. Room was a good size with a great bathroom and nice toiletries. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room, nice chairs to relax in, a comfy clean bed and a fan heater to take off the chill - perfect. Breakfast was freshly cooked local produce with fresh fruits, yoghurt and cereal as well as lots of tea and toast. Perfect stay and well positioned for reaching most of the area. We would return if we were in Worcestershire again.

We made a snap to decision to attend an event in Malvern and needed somewhere to stay at less than 24 hours notice. We found this place and it looked ideal. A traditional Worcestershire farmhouse in a rural location and that is exactly what you get. You need a car as there isn't a great deal locally but it's only minutes from the malvern amenities.

Confirmation was prompt after booking and we arrived pretty much when we said we would. Sarah was there to greet us and provide us with tea and cakes after we had settled in. She didn't have to do this as we had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However, you can tell that Sarah is an experienced B an B owner and she spent a few minutes chatting and providing us with a few bits of local information we needed.

After the housekeeping info regarding the keys, breakfast, wi-fi etc we were left to our own devices which is exactly how it should be.The room was large, two singles put together to make a king size. Mattresses were good and we slept very well. En - suite was small with a shower that worked fine and plentiful hot water. Towel, alarm clock, radio were all provided and hand cream for my good lady. TV was large compared to some B and Bs and the picture and sound quality was good.

We were asked the day before  the type of breakfast we would like and the time we would like to eat. We chose the cooked english which was fine. The scrambled eggs were just about perfect. Overcooked scrambled eggs is one of my pet hates. The only thing I would have liked was baked beans with my cooked breakfast but only a minor point.

We also had a fresh fruit salad which was great. To often B & B's serve up tinned fruit salad with sugar syrup which we think is awful.

So are there any downsides. Well, no not really. Just a couple of things. I couldn't get the Wi -Fi to work on my i - phone. Not a massive problem because I shouldn't have been checking my work e-mails on a day off anyway. The extract fan in the en -suite was a little dusty. I wouldn't normally mention that but It's just really noticeable as the fan is at eye level.

We have a family guesthouse ourselves and we know how critical some people can be expecting perfection. If you're paying £300 night fine but at an average room rate you can't expect everything to be 100%.

I've only mentioned those points because I think Sarah is the sort of person who would want to know. It certainly shouldn't detract from the guest house and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
