Lovely big room, clean and fresh. Great size bathroom and a bath makes all the difference. Hair dryer too! Car parking included. Fantastic beefeater next door for breakfast and evening meal. Nice quiet location, if I’m ever staying up this way again it will definitely be here.

I've stayed at a few Premier Inns but this one was one of the best. The room was clean, fresh and the bathroom was spotless. The guys on reception when I checked in were very friendly. I wish I could have stayed another night! I will certainly be staying there again.

I look to stay in Premier Inns (ideally with free parking) when I'm away because I know pretty much what to expect. I certainly wasn't disappointed on this occasion. My check in experience was very smooth and the check in clerk professional, welcoming and friendly. My room was spacious and clean with everything working as it should. I was delighted to see a bath rather than just a shower in the bathroom and at the end of what had been a busy day I enjoyed a luxurious soak in the bath which was blissful! 

I and my friends took advantage of the meal deal and enjoyed a delicious and sociable late evening meal at the Beefeater next door. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and the food was good.

The breakfast at the Beefeater the next morning was pretty good though the  fried eggs and black pudding were overcooked and the tomatoes a little undercooked. The continental breakfast selection was good and the hot drinks machine great. All in all the breakfast represented good value for money, especially as part of the meal deal (dinner plus breakfast). 

The free parking at the hotel was an added bonus which I really appreciated.

I'd happily stay at this hotel again.

Excellent service, rooms were immaculate, receptionist was lovely going over and above and the restaurant was great too, good price, good service and very clean, not too busy either so wasn't waiting long for food. Excellent location for motorway too

I stay in a premier plus room three times a month.
Always a friendly greeting on arrival.
The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Hot and cold drinks provided in the room.
Fabulous shower with nice fluffy towels.
Would recommend Redditch North anytime.

We visit for a Star Wars event and I book a lot of rooms. Julie and all the staff are always extremely welcoming, the rooms are clean and well maintained, great parking, lovely beefeater next door. What more could you need? 

Very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We were over looking the dual carriage way in a Premier plus room & there was no noise from the road at all, which surprised us. The bed was lovely and comfortable and spacious. The shower was fab & added bonus of a bath.  The beefeater next door was nice but very busy, due to school hols, so the wait to be seated was a little long, but food reasonably priced and nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone's future stay. 

We have used this Premier Inn for the last few years when visiting Cheltenham Races. This year it was my dad's 60th Wedding Anniversay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Service is excellent. This year our waitress at the Beefeater Jen surprised my dad with a cake. His face was priceless. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

Always stay here when visiting family , the rooms are clean spacious comfy beds ! Tea and coffee in rooms also wake up and go for excellent breakfast after having a comfortable quiet nights sleep would highly reccomend !

Another lovely stay at this Premier Inn. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and plenty of tea and coffee. Easy to find and plenty of free parking. Around 5 minutes drive to town centre. Breakfast at the Beefeater next door. Again great full English buffet for a reasonable price.
