We were not disappointed with our stay. When we checked in we were greeted by a lovely young lady who offered to make table bookings for us. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The drive to Stratford upon Avon was easy. We enjoyed our weekend

Great weekend

Lovely attentive reception staff, clean room and bathroom, lovely shower, comfortable bed, good parking & facilities. Easy  location to find only complaint was that we had  hard pillows with no other option in the cupboard 

Perfect for fir a few nights

The hotel team were wonderful and professional. A special thanks to Louise who was absolutely amazing, helpful and listened. Also Tammy, Duty manager who has an excellent customer approach. All at the hotel that we met, know what customer service is all about. Thank you. 

Customer service at hotel was excellent. 

I stay at Premier Inns often and they never dissapoint.
Only negative was I didn't arrive until after midnight and the road in wasn't lit so it was difficult to find the place.

The lady on reception was great, checked me in and booked my breakfast very quickly, it was also nice to speak to someone who can make you laugh, most night works I see are a bit grumpy.

Breakfast was great, dissapointed it wasn't a buffet though.

Will definitely stay again next time I pass through Evesham Town. 

Great stay great staff

friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant, clean and quiet, comfortable room, excellent restaurant next door with a  good selection for breakfast, excellent evening meals - the rump steak and lasagne were both superb with a brilliant salad with the lasagne - food arrived within 15 mins

enjoyable stay

Typical Premier Inn! Clean and comfortable room with very good reception staff. The Beefeater next door is also very good with an excellent choice of food and drink at sensible prices. What's not to like?!

Excellent stay!

Stayed for a weekend back in December to get away from the hectic times due to Christmas the hotel manager Sophie and her under boss Tammy should be extremely proud of the team they have as they are amazing!!!

Best experience

Comfy bed, clean room and fantastic breakfast, plenty parking, costa and kfc a stroll from the hotel and a garden Centre next door great for a Sunday browse before we went home to Scotland. Will come again

Premier service at premier inn

First time at this hotel,  welcoming and friendly efficient check in, returned to the desk with a couple of requests, Meena and her colleagues dealt with everything promptly.  Stayed for two nights. Thank you.

A comfortable stay

I needed to break my journey as I knew I couldn't face an 8 hour round trip in one day after dropping my son back at Uni in Bath. Had hoped to stay in Gloucester but this Premier Inn was a lot better value.
They only had an accessible room left but I only booked it the morning of the stay so no problem. Just meant I couldn't have a bath.
Staff very friendly, room spotless and spacious. Staff in the Beefeater were also very welcoming when I had gammon and chips for my tea.
Not much to do in the area - I'd hoped I could walk into Evesham centre but that was a couple of miles away. But I just needed a bed for the night. Job done.
