We had to wait well over an hour for food in the restaurant however Yvonne was amazing.  She kept us up to date with the problems.   She was so friendly and helpful always smiling.  So cheery again at breakfast and she knew we had a 5 hour journey home and gave us a bag to take some pastries with us.  We stay in lots of premier inns on our travels and Yvonne is definitely the loveliest lady we've met.  Thank you Yvonne xx

Always welcomed with a smile by the very friendly staff. Great rooms, always clean. Nothing is too much for the great team at hotel who constantly strive to make my stay pleasant while working away from home week after week. Can’t praise the team highly enough. Thank you so much.

Hotel is in a great location and very central for Wolverhampton City , friendly and welcoming staff, good parking facilities, extremely comfortable rooms with good facilities, breakfast choices very good, very close to the venue we had chosen for evening dinner with family

Lovely and clean staff was amazing and so friendly 
Only bad thing disability space had no drop curb and had to walk a far distance to reception 
Then my room was a wet room and it was far from reception 

Great service, definitely will be back. The team were friendly on reception, and really accommodating. The room was spacious, and really comfortable.

Myself and my partner stayed here whilst visiting family and friends nearby. The room was lovely and clean with fresh bedding and towels. Staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful, always happy to provide more towels and offer advice on nearby attractions. Thanks so much!

Couldn’t recommend this Premier Inn highly enough. Had come to Wolverhampton for a gig and the hotel is perfectly situated right by the M54. Uber from the hotel into town was only £8.50 so we saved on paying town centre prices. The staff were friendly and the bed was really comfy. Great breakfast that helped our hangovers the following morning! 

My partner and I stayed here for 1 night, the staff were very friendly and the location was good for what we needed with a nice restaurant next door. We recommend the unlimited breakfast also. We will visit again thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst in the ears for a business meeting. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking available. 
Room was clean & spacious with complimentary tea and coffee. 
Plus 24 hour reception 
Staff were polite and friendly.
 Would recommend


It was a really comfortable stay. The Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Checking in was very quick and they were very knowledgeable of local area. Room was very clean and tidy. We will be back

What a lovely lady

Brilliant and Excellent Value

We've stayed at the Premier Inn Wolverhampton North numerous times in the past and recently stayed during the Christmas period.

The staff are amazing! Always smiling and friendly which is lovely to see.
Comfy bed and the room was spotlessly clean, as usual.

We always pre-book tables in the Beefeater next door as it can get quite busy in there but the food never disappoints.

 We will definitely be back and would recommend this Premier Inn. to others.

Excellent Christmas stay

Many Premier Inns have windows that don't open - which I hate. I have stayed at this hotle (and other PI) many times and some rooms have windows that open (an inch) and rooms that don't. The rooms are great, the bed and linen are great.
There are no grab rails in the shower area, and the bath tub is too high if your have liited mobility.

As with most Premier Inns good service and very clean room. 

It was very easy to find being only 100 metres off junction 2 of the motorway, and was ideally placed for our onward journey back to South Wales.

Despite being next to the M54, the room was extremely quiet, so we both managed a good nights sleep.
