Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location in Witney. Nice restaurant with friendly and efficient staff. Spotless modern rooms. Safe well-lit free car park with plenty of space. However, we have heard that parking charges may be applied in the near future. We hope this isn't true.

Nice accessible room.  Very helpful staff. Accessible car parking is good too. I would definitely recommend using this hotel.  Plenty of things to do around the hotels surrounding area.  Nice and warm room if your still cold they will supply a heater. and amenities are really good.

Sharon and Ann were my hosts tonight in the restaurant. They were brilliant and the food was delicious tonight. I’ve been here all week so far and definitely recommend the food and the rooms. The free WiFi is really good so my fire stick worked great.

All the staff were exceptional from the minute we walked in until the time we left.
Was told too early to check in, but this was only 15 minutes. We were allowed to get some refreshments. The only thing that let the whole weekend down was trouble with catering supplies. There were notices about this issue,but we were not really informed about the situation at all.  First evening meal no prawn cocktail and no ham and chicken pies. Breakfast was the same only fried eggs, no poached or scrambled. Only orange juice no other juice s. No mushrooms when we got down at 9.00
 am. And no maple syrup.
Next evening's meal still no prawn cocktail. And there was something else but I can't remember now. Very clean room and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. We will definitely be back for another stay. Let's hope all will be sorted with the catering issues

Stayed here numerous times for work. This time we stayed for 4 nights .Service as always was great .Room very clean and comfy .The food in the restaurant we have to say was the best we have ever had in a Premier inn.
One minor gripe ,Parking is a challenge as the spacings are very tight for 2 cars with some entitled customers taking up 2 spaces for that reason. But still a 5 star from us

It seemed more like a five star hotel to me given the welcome I received, check in progress and concierge style assistance the manager gave me Chris sorted out so many things for me. The room was spotless and heavenly. I've stayed here before and would stay here again.

Had a great stay here. We visited for a friends wedding and needed a local base. The standard of premier inns I always high so we knew we would be safe here. We somehow managed to book a premier plus room without realising, which was a very nice room and was still a really good price. We really enjoyed breakfast and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for business recently and found it to be exactly how a Premier Inn should be. The staff were friendly, the parking was great, rooms and general areas were clean and the food was excellent. There was an overall good atmosphere, which I can only imagine is due to the attitude of the management and the team that were on duty. Not all Premier Inn’s are like this and I could tell this was different from the moment I was welcomed in reception. Well done, I hope head office recognises the positive attitude and hard work of the team running this hotel.

        Everything was amazing from the rooms to   the restaurant and the staff would recommend family and friends the food was spot on very happy with every part of Witney clean and hot food will be back again

Upon checking in to the premier plus room, we were greeted with a smile. The service provided was absolutely outstanding. They assisted us with a late checkout, and went the extra mile, extra chocolates in the room and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay.

Room looked brand new, and we were given super fast Wi-Fi which was very quick. Room well equipped with coffee making facilities and Green & Black chocolates. It had a very upmarket feel, whilst still maintaining the friendly premier inn smile / service.

We overstayed our late checkout by some time, but the staff were so helpful and Andy was especially understanding.

Hotel is the best premier inn I have stayed in, and I often use premier inn and other hotels for business / work. This was perhaps my best stay. Highly recommended and thanks must be paid to the team for their incredible service.

And very attentive. Disappointed that our bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and I was kept awake by the upstairs room enjoying nocturnal activities that I could hear!  Food was ok..  when we left no one was available to chat too about the little complaints we had , just to maybe put some kind of sound proofing in and change mattress on bed.  Such a shame.. but would go back.. central

Lovely Stay

Excellent stay at Premier Inn. Was able to do early check in without pre-booking. Almost always choose Premier inn over the competition. Would do so again. A friend stayed at the Travel Lodge down the road and remarked that it was a bit dirty. Says it all really. Very consistent standards and experience at Premier Inn.
