We stay here regularly on our way to and from Scotland. We love this place .it is comfortable very clean lovely quirky building well looked after .property it is in countryside excellent views plenty of places to walk dogs. I am disabled but find I can easily get around rooms with a walker as rooms are spacious. Katie is an excellent host she is very friendly and nothing is to much trouble The breakfast is excellent good choice.  Don't hesitate to try this place.

Very impressed with this charming B&B, it’s a unique building and exceptionally clean. 
We stayed for 2 nights either end of a family holiday to the Scottish Highlands to break up the drive. We were not disappointed. Katie was wonderful in accommodating us in the dog friendly family room and recommending pubs to eat at. The breakfast was amazing, we still talk about it now. 
We will certainly return to Fiddleback Farm, we felt like we found a little gem.

This is a really unusual B &B. It is grade 2 listed. It was built around 1700 as a folly. Its well worth a visit. Very reasonably priced. The host is really lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was first class. The rooms are comfortable. 

Had a fantastic couple of nights at Fiddleback farm and i can’t say a single negative word about it. The staff were absolutely lovely. The rooms are beautiful clean. Breakfast was great great value for money can’t praise them highly enough. Highly recommend it and would look forward to staying there again. 

Stayed for one night to break up a long journey. Didn’t visit any of the surrounding area but the stay at Fiddleback was lovely. The family room was large and has everything you need. Very clean and decorated lovely. Quirky accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast very good. Exceptional value for money. Host very helpful and contacted us a few times on the day as we experienced lots of traffic so arrived quite late. Would definitely recommend to others 

This was probably the most magical bed and breakfast I've ever been to. The owners are so sweet and made the experience so wonderful; we had such a warm welcome and I wish we could have stayed for weeks! The farm itself is so charming and the room was adorable. Everything, from the decor to the ambience to the food, was perfect. 

We had a fantastic one night stay at Fiddleback Farm. We booked directly over the phone and Katie couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We needed a room with two double beds and space for a cot bed. The Family Room had exactly this plus an en-suite, so was perfect for us. It's a beautiful old building (designed in the shape of a fiddle) and the cooked breakfast was excellent! Thanks!

Stayed here for 1 night while attending a family party in Wigton. Interesting quirky building which is clean and quiet, l very comfortable beds. Really friendly owners and a delicious cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

 Fantastic one night stay at Fiddleback Farm

We stayed one night on the way to Scotland.  The house is beautiful in a lovely quiet location.  Our room was spotless and very tastefully furnished with a comfy bed and good shower.  The hosts were really friendly and breakfast was great.  We walked to the local pub for dinner and received a lovely welcome there too.  We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Just returned from a weekend break.  This was a great place to stay.  The accommodation was well appointed, clean with beautiful finishes.  We stayed in the family room which was great for a family of 4 and it was a nice touch to have a little seating area outside we could relax in whilst the children slept.  The hosts where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.  The kids have never eaten so much!  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back.

Friendly welcome from Katie , when we arrived for an overnight stop returning to Suffolk from the Scottish Highlands. Room had lots of character , warm and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, high quality food, beautifully cooked. Also made our dog very welcome and provided an area to exercise him. We will be back for sure

What a fantastic little B&B. By far the most comfortable room we have ever stayed in: spacious, beautifully decorated and everything we needed. Fantastic breakfast. So dog friendly too with a huge grassy area and dogs welcome in the room and breakfast area. Great location for visiting the Northern Lake District and Cumbrian coast. Excellent value for money, would recommend to anyone.
