All premier inns when comes to room breakfast extra are of same good standard good quality for reasonable price. What set this site above the rest is the staff. I use this chain for work alot. But for family usually go for a higher star experience. But for family visits to Manchester we use this site. The staff are friendly and are super helpful. Reception staff on this visit (March Bank holiday) the 2 ladies were exceptional. Honestly should be used as examples to there sites in regards to customer interaction. Amazing.

Lovely room clean, must of been recently refurbished. The room was spotless never been in a hotel as clean. The shower were clean and probably one of the best I have had in a hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We booked this premium inn for four nights to visit family and friends. It's in a great location next to the train station and Middlebrook, everything you need is there.
I had emailed to let them know as we were on a late flight, I had a reply and when we arrived they knew who we were.
The rooms have been updated and are lovely.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great and had everything you could want.
Thanks for a lovely stay. 

This was the best premier inn we’ve stayed in. The location was great, carpark had enough spaces, rooms were clean and comfortable with everything needed, however the staff at this premier inn are fantastic they deserve an award. So friendly, welcoming and nothing too much trouble, brilliant!

Upon walking in, I received the most lovely welcome from Sarah & Rachel.  I was checked in quickly and in typical fashion I forgot to request the ultimate WIFI! Nothing was too much bother for both the Ladies and they are a wonderful advert for a wonderful hotel chain.  Thank you Both!

We had a very relaxing time at the Bolton Premier Inn, the staff at this hotel make it an exceptional place to stay, especially the staff in the restaurant they are all so very happy and nothing is too much.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 3 nights and although we had some issues with the cleanliness of the room, the staff member Juliet went above and beyond to fix everything for us, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and an asset to the hotel, thank you for making it a great stay.

To make things easier when going to a match at the stadium we stayed over. The service was always very efficient and the staff were both helpful and cheerful. There is a very happy atmosphere. Would happily stay there again.

Stranded in Bolton on a Sunday evening and not being familiar with the area I was so grateful to the two ladies in reception who looked after me and made me feel welcome. Thank you Gill and Lily for your professionalism and your kind words I slept well that night 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Best Premier Inn I've stayed

The staff are very polite, helpful and professional. The breakfast was very good. The room and linen was nice and clean. However, We were disappointed that the room size has been reduced. No dressing table anymore, only a shelf. It was very narrow between the bed and the open style wardrobe. It's really easy to end up stubbing your toe, especially in the night. The hanging unit would be much better next to the bed. The original comfy beds have disappeared and the new bed was hard. We woke up with sore hips, not what we expected from Premier Inn. 
Shame about the room as everything else was very good.

Family stay

Booked relatives in here from abroad who were coming to visit me for a week and watch a game at the stadium. They found it perfect location for the accessibility of middlebrook and all the amenities they needed. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Pub restaurant next door (harvester) did premier inn breakfast. 

Great base for stadium 

We booked a family room and had friend staying as well go attend the football match.

The Hotel is clean and facilities as you would expect for a premier inn.  We’ve stayed in lots of premier inns as a family as this one is the best because of the brilliant staff.  Everyone was friendly and chatty and really went out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay.  We will definitely return.

Good value for money

If I’m ever in need of a room in this area again I will be back. This hotel was beautiful, very clean & in such a convenient location.

Upon arrival the staff were warm & welcoming & we were checked in & got the room quickly.

We needed some more milk & sugar & it was all out on reception conveniently for us to take some.

Had a lovely nights stay, wish I was able to have stayed for another.

If I was being really picky the Internet wasn’t the best & the tv didn’t allow subtitles but for one night this didn’t impact on my stay.

Really happy on this occasion.


Amazing

Check in was stated as 3pm. Arrived on a Saturday at 2pm with the receptionist very helpful and booking us in early as the room was ready. Room clean and tidy. The Sunday morning breakfast at 9:30 was very busy, with the guests having to wait for the breakfast buffet hot food to be replenished. When the hot buffet was replenished it was all gone very quickly.
