Great location to stay when visiting family with so much to do adjacent to premier inn and getting into Liverpool.
We have stayed here just before Christmas which is why we returned again as we visit our family 5/6 times a year .We will definitely be coming back .

We arrived quite late after a difficult day. Dee, the receptionist, altered our room locations to suit us, and later when I ordered pizza, I spoke to her at reception and told her about our day and that it was my son's 19th birthday. I went to get my pizza and when I came back in she had written a card and handed it toe for my son with a pile of confectionery as a gesture to try and help him feel better, which it did.
Dee is wonderful. Be more like Dee.

Staff were very friendly went above and beyond for us any extras we needed they got always pleasant towards the children all round very good

Exactly what we expected regarding the hotel side of things Friendly staff clean premises really comfy bed (We’ve even purchased some of their pillows) Let down by breakfast experience Food was excellent but it was way too crowded and queuing whilst children ‘help’ their parents is what you would have to put up with on an all inclusive holiday not for this 

The premier inn is in a very good location for travelling around, excellent price, clean and tidy, good car parking spaces. reception area makes you feel welcome staff are pleasant polite and know there job. Rooms are excellent, very clean and tidy.

Stayed here for one night to break up the drive of going on holiday further south.

We ate dinner in the restaurant, despite not having booked in advance, we didn’t have any issues getting a table. Food was nice, decent value for money. 

Room was very comfortable, everything as expected at a Premier Inn. The air con was really super, probably for the first time I actually felt a bit too cold! Not a complaint though, would always rather that that being too warm. We slept really well, comfortable bed. We didn’t have breakfast, instead just grabbed something from the nearby Costa. 

Overall, a really good stay, ideal for our purposes and would stay again if needed.

It is in an ideal location for visiting family. The beds are comfy and as a wheelchair user I can rely on the facilities being suitable. The wet room suits my needs perfectly. Breakfast is served in the bar which is attached to the hotel. There are supermarkets nearby and a few other shops if needed.

I was very impressed with Widnes Premier inn. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms spotlessly clean. A big thank you to Adeeba on Reception for making my son's birthday extra special. I would definitely  stay there again.

Had a stay over visiting family . Very surprised with the room in which I stayed in .. very modern clean and tidy lovely comfortable bed . Would loved to have taken the whole mattress duvet and pillows home with me so cosy..  room very spacious and bathroom. Definitely stay again 

Nice little Premier Inn , great location. We received a lovely welcome from Ellie who ran  upstairs to check our room was ready - lovely warm welcome makes such a difference for any stay! Clean room comfortable bed . The Brewers Fayre  next door offers good value meals - especially if you go for the offers before 6pm .

We have stayed at the Premier Inn Widnes on many occasions over quite a few years. We always look forward to being welcomed by Adeeba, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just as it should be. She is very professional and ensures we have a good stay. We know that should we have any problems, usually minor, Adeeba promptly and efficiently deals with the matter.

Should you be fortunate enough to encounter Adeeba on your arrival you can be sure that all will be well.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits.

Nice Premier Inn - great welcome

This is the 2nd time I have stayed there. Couldn't fault it, although the room was cold when I first went in, it soon warmed up when I adjusted it. The room was spotless and I really couldn't fault it. Adeeba on reception was fantastic, her customer care skills are amazing, friendly, helpful and very professional. She is real credit to the company. Also Georgie in the restaurant was extremely hard working, friendly and again a credit to the company. 

Excellent hotel

Great staff limited TV channels one towel and one chair bit awkward for couple and legend to try and deter from asking for second towel bit heavy. Trying to make you feel bad for the planet. We would still stay here again if in the area and this 200 character min.
