Really enjoyable two night stay at this traditional homely well organised B & B! We booked the smallest double room which was comfy, clean and well equipped. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The hosts Keith and Carol were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Excellent full English breakfast! Don't be fooled by the map. Only 5 mins walk to the front. 15 mins into the main town. We shall return.

We didnt actually stay at the Stanley guest house as they had, had an unforseen incident. So they had very kindly arranged for us to stay at pepples guest house the hosts Paul and Karen were very welcoming and really friendly the breakfast was amazing, lovely comfortable room and everything made our stay wonderful and enjoyable.

Clean and comfortable room, on site parking, great breakfast and friendly helpful hosts. A great place to stay in Weymouth.

Nice and clean excellent breakfast super shower exceptional value for money and our hosts were wonderful and so helpful.

It was very homely, food excellent, very clean and the owners very friendly. What more do you need

Lovely stay!

Waymouth stay

This is our third stay at The Stanley since last year and already booked for June.  We would not stay anywhere else after staying several other B&Bs in Weymouth.  We have family in Weymouth.
Carole and Keith are the perfect host, more like friends now, going out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Rooms are lovely and clean and warm.
Breakfast is a hearty start to the day with full English, I have scrambled eggs which are done to perfection, good choice of branded cereals, orange juice and as much tea and toast as you need.
Plus point with The Stanley is free parking onsite.
It's only a 10-15 minute walk from Weymouth seafront with shops and restaurants.
This was a gem of a find, wish we had found it sooner, better late than never.
Looking forward to many more happy stays.

Gem of a find

Spent a long weekend at this property and we had a great time. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good advice on where to visit locally and the easiest way to get into Yarmouth which was only a few minutes walk. Good breakfast and the room was nice and comfortable with plenty of space.  Free parking unlike some other establishments. Would highly recommend.

Presentation of the guest house was superb, all decorated very recently by appearance.Bedding & furnishings very clean and well presented with a lot of thought going into colour coordination.Large bathroom with sizeable shower compartment, clean & well finished.Tea and coffee facilities in the room.Excellent breakfasts offered & served by friendly hosts.

Stanley Guest House Weymouth

We very much liked the quiet area in which the property was located. It is off the busiest streets but in easy walking distance of the excellent local bus services and only 12 minutes walk from the railway station. We stayed four nights with bed and breakfast and were very happy with our room which was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb in every respect and we noted that other guests were well catered for with 'custom' requests. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and provided a wealth of local information. All in all, this was excellent!

Booked this Guest House based on price, location and excellent reviews, and we had a lovely stay.
Keith and Carol are excellent hosts and nice people, always willing to help, booked 2 nights but wanted to stay another night, which due to a cancellation was happy to accommodate.
Beds are very comfy, good hot shower, room made up each day, and breakfast was beautiful and plentiful.
Parking available and a short walk to the beach and shops.
Would definitely stay again.

Keith and his wife were very friendly and I felt we really got to know them, even with such a short stay. The guest house is ideally located, as it’s in a quiet part of Weymouth but very quick to get to the main high street and beach. Breakfast was fabulous, especially the bacon. Would highly recommend!
