My stay was very pleasant. Good welcome and communications throughout my stay and made to feel very comfortable. Will definitely come back again.

Short stay meeting my sister in Weymouth ,found this lovely small hotel on the see front with the most amazing view of the beach ,close to all the amenities, harbour, theatre,shops ,pubs& restaurants &even better the hostess couldn't of been more welcoming & informative ,of the area witch helped make are stay fulfilling & relaxing 👍thank you Nicola .we will be back 🤗

Nicola was a great host,lovely breakfast, fresh ground coffee, cereal. Toast,if you wanted anything else you let Nicola know the day before and she will do her best to get it for you, very clean room,comfortable 
bed,fresh towels, would stay there again,highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay, right next to the beach and the harbour.The welcome is warm, a great hostess, the bed very comfortable and the bedlinen pristine. The continental breakfast is the best ever. Easy walking distance to the train station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Had a amazing week at Weymouth Sands Guest House.  Nicola was lovely, so welcoming and made my child with additional needs feel so at home.  Nicola even went out of her way to make sure that my sons medical needs were met. The view from the room was stunning, the bed was lovely and I had the best nights sleep I have ever had.  We can't wait to go back.  This place is a little gem.

Nicola saved the day and even texted me when room was ready.wonderful breakfast and nicola is always happy to help.i would recommend and will definitely stay again, she makes you feel very welcome .lovely little details like bath mats in each room

Perfect location to stay, central to the beach, harbor, town, restaurants, and places to visit. 
The rooms were very clean, had a delightful fragrance and were beautiful with amazing sea or harbor view. 
Breakfast was perfect and customized to your needs. Nicola was very welcoming, and her lovely small touches could be felt in every corner of the hotel and room. 
Definitely recommend, and there’s no need to look for another place for our next visit.

As a single traveller I had a single room overlooking the beach which, surprisingly, was not on the top floor.It was small, but so am I, so I found it quite adequate for my needs.  Everything was clean and tidy.  The bed has to be amongst the most comfortable that I have ever slept in.  I slept like a top.  Shared toilet and shower, which overlooked the harbour, but did not see any sign of anyone else using,  The shower was good and extremely easy to use but I only had it set on a low setting, for a nice refreshing wash down.I was impressed with the TV, with loads of choice of programmes and with tennis on I was able to enjoy watching a picture better than on my old set at home.

Thank you for a lovely stay.

I have just spent a wonderful four nights stay at the Weymouth Sands and although I had a small single room situated towards the top of the house ( my choice) I had a lovely view of Weymouth Bay and the bed was so comfortable.Nicola not only produces the perfect breakfast but she is also the perfect host - affable, funny ( in the best sense of the word) and a mine of information - particularly in advising which restaurants to try.I would definitely recommend the Weymouth Sands and I intend to stay there again when I return to Weymouth.Patrick Baird

Best B&B in weymouth for location, host, rooms, breakfast....the list goes on.
We were greeted by our fabulous host Nic and she let us drop off our cases as our room wasn't quite ready, we were very early, received a text message about an hour later to say room was ready, cases had been taken up to our room for us. 
Room was beautiful with the most stunning Seaview.
Nothing was too much trouble, we were treated like family, loved it so much we are returning again in April and hopefully August.  


Wonderful weymouth sands

If you’re looking for a nicely presented well appointed value for money guest house/B&B with amazing sea and harbour views you can’t go wrong with Weymouth sands guest house imo.

I have been here for three days this time, have previously stayed here when colin and dianne were running it but they have retired and the business now is run by the lovely Nicola and she is a lovely host also. 

I’m glad this place is still serving guests even in our trying economic times.

Come for the views and location oh and the fabulous breakfast..

From the moment we arrived Nicola made us feel very welcome.Our room was perfect we had a bay window with small table and chairs  with great view over the sea.Bed was like floating on a cloud of luxury.Plenty of tea  ,coffee etc even a jar of biscuits.Lovely selection of toiletries .Immaculate room ,perfect location and host who really did make you feel welcome.Thank you for being hostess with mostess we will be back !!

Excellent home from home

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had the best room in the house with great view over Weymouth beach. We were able to leave our cases on first and last day. Nicola was very welcoming and the other guests were friendly. We enjoyed our chats over breakfast and everyone gets to sit by the window in the breakfast room at least once during their stay

The guest house is situated by the beach and harbour and not too far from train station and bus stops
