Super experience. Attention to detail was fab. Lovely biscuits and sweets in the room. Good quality body wash etc provided. Soft fluffy towels and good quality bedding. We found the bed lovely and large but just too hard and felt awkward bringing it up but once we mentioned it, a topper was swiftly provided with a smile. I’d recommend a memory foam topper though for those of us with arthritis. One firm pillow and one super soft, squidgy one. Small room but had all we needed. Lots of sockets and lovely tea and coffee range provided. Was perfect for us. (room 2) Super power shower. Quirky but fab decor and the whole place is truly spotless. Gorgeous breakfast, freshly prepared. Lovely varied menu and top notch ingredients. The hosts were friendly and very attentive and simply couldn’t do anymore to make you feel welcome. Would deffo return. The location is great. We loved the 2 days spent there. Free parking permit provided. You can walk into Whitby in minutes.
