Such lovely accomodation in a beautiful location. Rooms are warm, comfortable & delightfully furnished. Lovely breakfast. John & Sue make every effort to ensure you enjoy your stay. 5 mins from Stratford which is beautiful. Already planning a return visit

This was our second stay at Ingon Bnk Farm. John & Sue could not be better hosts. Friendly and welcoming and always go the extra mile. The accommodation is a traditional farmhouse in a rural setting. Perfectly located if you wat to walk through countryside to Stratford, about 40 min minutes away. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a nice view of sheep grazing in fields. The breakfast is outstanding. We will definitely return again.

Absolutely wonderful. So peaceful and comfortable and John and Lyn couldn’t do enough for you ,breakfast was amazing  fantastic hosts . Room was lovely and clean and very quiet . Only a couple of mikes outside of Stratford too so easily walkable. Will definitely be returning

This place is so beautiful, perfect setting and beautiful views , John and sue are the most friendly and accommodating people ever and couldn’t do enough for us, the rooms were full of character and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was cooked to perfection

We absolutely adore this place. It’s so close to Stratford town but has the feeling of the countryside and isolation. The host made us feel very welcome. They are lovely. The breakfast was superb and the atmosphere is idyllic. We just love the friendliness of the place. For us that goes a long way.

Me and my wife would thoroughly recommend staying here any time of the year.

Oh by the way, they have a beautiful little dog Called Peggy.

We were given a stratford Shakespeare tour for christmas, so decided to book a little weekend break away to make the most of our gift. When we arrived (a little later than check in time due to bad traffic) the hosts were most understanding to our situation. John and Sue were incredibly friendly and went above board from the get go to make sure we had everything we needed, and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with wonderful views across the grounds. The breakfast was ample, and delicious! With a mix of cereal and fruit choices, full English breakfasts, fresh tea and coffee and juice. Ingon Bank Farm is a very special, quaint and peaceful place to stay, with the hosts being completely wonderful, and we will definitely be coming back again soon! Xx

Our hosts, John & Sue, gave us a warm welcome from the outset.
Comfortable en-suite room, including lovely hot radiator plus heated towel rail. Coffee/tea making, flat screen TV.
Best of all, a really hearty English breakfast, tasty and hot, set us up for an all-day trek around a show at the N.E.C.
We know where to come when next in the area.

What a beautiful location for a peaceful nights rest. Hosts, John & Sue were very accommodating & engaging in talk of the local area, where we were from & our best route the next day. Our room was very comfortable @ it was special to wake up to the sound of a farm - cows mooing & chickens crowing. Breakfast was fabulous with our view out the window over the farm. Highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast, everything cooked to perfection. Lovely stay, 2nd time here, will return.
Need to write 200 words, so breakfast, egg, bacon, mushroom, hash brown, beans, tomato, sausage. Together with, fruit juice, tea or coffee, toast & lots of choices of cereal & fruit.

We had a very nice welcome from Sue and John on arrival. This was our first visit to the farm, just outside Stratford upon Avon.
Nice room and a walk in shower, lovely views over the farm with sheep in the fields, which did not disturb our sleep. A long driveway up to the house. The breakfast had a good choice and well presented .
Sue and John were very helpful telling us all about the area which was a great help.
There is also a campsite at the top of the long driveway  with hook up.
We were able to  catch a bus at the end of the driveway into Stratford  very easy and straight forward, no need to take the car into the town centre and no parking fees to worry about.
Would recommend the farm to anyone who enjoys the country side , with peace and quiet

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it.
