Staff excellent. Very helpful and our rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Staff could not be more accommodating and we were made to feel most welcome. Breakfast excellent and very fresh. Room very spacious and relaxing. Location ecxellent for our needs.

Can’t fault this hotel, the staff are always so friendly, I go week after week and I am always greeted with a warm and welcoming hello from all the staff, they can never do enough for you, it’s like a home away from home and the breakfast is always delicious

Service was very good. The staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. Bedroom was clean and the mattress incredibly comfortable and the temperature of the room was just right.Breakfast was excellent.

Travelling for a concert trip at the NEC. Needed a hotel that was reasonably priced but in a good location. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. Ideal place, easy to find and easy to get to NEC. Clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good too..

Lovely clean comfortable room, and the staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was first class with plenty of choice. I highly recommend this Premier Inn. And I hope I’ll be back. Parking was adequate. And the advice from the receptionist to go to the Burnt Post Pub up the road for Dinner was great advice.

Very friendly, approachable and helpful reception staff who recommended some places to eat I was not from the area. Hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable, hotel was quiet, no problems during my stay.

All the staff we encountered were really friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was also really good, with a great selection and again nothing was to much trouble. When we arrived we could see the restaurant alongside was closed which was an initial disappointment but the lady on reception had already prepared a list of local restaurants and pubs which was really helpful. Well done to all.

My family descended from different corners to Coventry for a funeral and I chose this hotel because of convenience and price.

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. The place was clean and well maintained. And we gathered in the morning for breakfast which suited everybody. A good system run my two ladies Who were very helpful and friendly.

When you go to a funeral you especially don’t want any distractions  :-) The only problem I could see was that I was not an elevator to the first floor.

I’m delighted with what we got.

The breakfast was very nice with a big range of choices. The customer service is very good too, nothing was too much for them. Thank you to Monika, Sophie and Holly. I would definitely recommend to come here:)

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds & great facilities in room. Very clean throughout. The breakfast was at a convenient time and very enjoyable. Perfect for short overnight stay.

Great Premier Inn.

The hotel was in a good position for the purpose of our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which I didn't expect. The room was spacious and comfortable but the bathroom was in need of some TLC as the shower grouting and paintwork a bit shabby. However, the delicious, freshly cooked breakfast was superb and again somewhat unexpected.

Good, clean, friendly, decent breakfast.

The staff are what makes this hotel so good, our bathroom was a bit tired- hot tap head was broken and you had to hold it down to get the tap to work, paint flaking off the ceiling in the shower area, and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom.
The bedroom was great as were the public areas.
Breakfast was excellent 

Great budget hotel not far from the city centre 

Excellent service was provided throughout the week. All staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. Natalie, Adele, and Monika were particularly outstanding, always being friendly and ensuring breakfast was delivered speedily!

A brilliant stay and I'll certainly be returning next time I'm in coventry!

Excellent stay

This hotel served its purpose in terms of price and convenience for Stoneleigh Park, but instead of comfortable twin beds, one person had to draw the short straw for the tiny, less comfortable single bed pushed up against the outer wall, without a side table/reading light. More like a kiddie’s bed. Other than that, the receptionist was welcoming and the rooms were clean so we’d stay again, but take it in turns for the small bed.
