The hotel is in a great location, with a car park, it's just a few minutes walk into town, to the park & to the beach. We've stayed here several times, and always enjoyed our stay. The staff are always friendly, and on hand to help with anything. We would highly recommend, & will stay again with no hesitation.

Room tidy and clean. Everything worked (TV air con etc) and shower was hot and controllable. Breakfast was excellent for an extra £10. Staff friendly and helpful. Situated 5 minutes walk from front. Weather awful.

We’ve been taking short breaks at this hotel for a few years now, so they must be doing something right! The price is a major factor being on a tight budget and the location works well with good transport links, buses, etc. Facilities are what you’d expect mostly, however, the free Wi-Fi seems to have got worse, but okay if you’ve got enough data to use anyway. Clean and comfortable rooms. My only issue really was not being able to get a table for dinner for two at 8:30pm,( as we hadn’t previously booked) but plans change and I think depending on staffing the kitchen may close early some nights. Always friendly and helpful staff though, so can definitely recommend.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. My breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. I felt very safe and I would happily stay again at Westbourne Premier Inn. 

I stayed here with my children a few days ago.  We chose it because it was the cheapest PI in the area for our last minute booking.  It is in a pleasant part of Bournemouth.  You can hear the road behind in the morning but we could see that on the map when booking.  It is an older PI with windows that open which we like.  On site parking is expensive but there are plenty of free places without restrictions a few streets away eg Marlborough Ave.  We came vack quite late and gad no trouble finding a space.  Breakfast was good.   They cooked my daughter vegetarian sausages and bacon when requested.

Really lovely evening. Sonya was brilliant and looked after us magnificently. Food was fantastic and great surroundings. Well worth spending the evening here with the price only £24.99 for two courses, drink and breakfast.  Well worth the money.

Manager, Joe and Jake were amazing and made us feel very welcome and provided a great service. It would of be nice to have more choice with evening meal but the above staff managed very well, and remained friendly and professional..

As all premier inns functional but does the job, stayed for two nights standard room no frills breakfast good and quite central with car parking underneath so your not Looking for a car parking space. 
All we needed for our break clean comfortable

I stay here on my own to visit family and I just love this premier Inn, lovely staff, great location lovely food. The only thing I didn't like I couldn't charge up my phone on the USB charger in my room, it just did not work, I think the panel needs updating.
Special mention to the lovely young man on breakfast duty 'Marco' really looked after people coming in and out of the restaurant, went out of his way to check people were ok.

Nice hotel,reasonable price,friendly staff,nice atmosphere, clean rooms. Restaurant prices reasonable good choice of food and drinks, nice breakfast selection,good price, full English breakfast or continental. Very pleasant stay.

Happy Festive Stay

Stayed in a family room, size was good and it had extra secondary glazing which kept out a lot of the noise from the busy road out front.

Car park is very small and costs £9 a night so we didn't use that, I parked around the corner after dropping off the family and luggage (there are three dropoff spaces).

The room has air conditioning but it didn't work very well at all and despite it being 12c outside the room got too hot at night and the outer window is sealed so no way to get fresh air in.

Facilities in the room were good but the room is a little dated and doesn't have things like USB charging points....did have an older fashioned multimedia panel for connecting to the TV, no smart apps functionality as usual.

Beds were reasonably comfortable but the double bed was very creaky.

There was a lot of noise from the occupants of the room above going on until 10pm at night both nights which was annoying, kids just running up and down.

Staff were generally helpful, we asked for more shower stuff and they filled it up fifteen minutes later. We had cocktails at the bar and these were good.

Check in process was smooth and without issue.

Breakfast was good, plenty of hot selection, sometimes some continental items ran out but were restocked. I had poached eggs cooked to order one morning and these were great.

All in all a usual Premier Inn experience and having Bed and Breakfast for 4 people, for two nights  for about £135 is a great deal.

It's location is good, out of some of the noise of town but only 10-15 mins walk into the centre.

Pleasant two night stay

This hotel is a little older than another one of theirs down the road, but it does the job! The location is walking distance to town and BIC and not at all far from the beach if there's time. Parking is available in nearby roads for FREE! - so don't pay Whitbread for Parking, Marlborough Road is free.

Don't get caught out by FLEX and SEMI-FLEX - yes it's in the T&Cs, but I booked a four day trip with the particular intention that I might need to cancel the final nights stay, so I went with "Flexible" for that reason - but it seems I booked the Semi Flex by mistake, which isn't flexible at all - and yes I should have checked and double checked! I had gone to the reception on departure day and they said they would refund it no problem, but it seems they might have got that wrong. Being Whitbread and not at the discretion of a local hotel manager - of course they are telling me there is absolutely "nothing" they can do about it - they could in fact have given me a credit note or something, but they're not about to do that - so they can keep the 60 quid, but I'm afraid for there trickery and keeping me on the phone for over an hour I will take my chances elsewhere next time.

Good hotel, great location, great staff, shame about Whitbread!

Usual very good standard of the Premier Inn brand, in all departments.

 One down point I’ve never come across at any hotel including this brand of being charged to park during the stay. Along with all the usual parking companies threats of how much they can fine you for each and every infringement what ever the cause, along with having to pay repay if you leave and return during your stay. If you choose this particular hotel read every inch of the threats board for you own safety

Nice February stay

Clean comfy but basic room. Like all Premier Inns, the rooms are not ventilated, so it can get a bit stuffy. Breakfast was fine, with everything frequently topped up. Good location. Probably don't bother with parking. There's a cheaper public car park 2 minutes walk away, in Queens Rd.

We stayed at this hotel as the price was very reasonable. The staff are all friendly and reay to help with any problems. The car park was convenient and quite reasonably priced. We parked and then used the buses to get around.
