Wonderful warm welcome at reception.
The rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable. 
We were on a family visit for a funeral and
Staff throughout the hotel and accompanied Brewers fayre restaurant couldn’t do enough for us. 
David Ashley and Bella were friendly and supportive during our stay making a difficult journey (myself from Devon and my sister from London) much less stressful. 
As an employee of Whitbread I was comforted by the standards that were high throughout Premier Inn Walsall. 
As our elderly father is still a Walsall resident I can say with certainty we would stay again.

We use this Prem Inn about 2-3 times a yr  as its close to a venue we use for events , It is superb for the staffing, all friendly and helpful, they really cant do enough for us , both in the hotel and the Brewetrs Fayre next door.  The managers of the Hotel deserve a massive pat on the back to keep all the staff so happy and just to keep the staff , as its very much regular faces.

Lovely staff, clean room and delicious breakfast! Me and my wife stayed here recently, all team members were very kind and smiling, if we needed anything they were here to help. Warm welcoming  check in, chargeable parking next to building.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and fresh. Staff members at this hotel are very friendly and professional. They are always there for help or if you have any question at any time of the day. Highly recommended place.

Stayed for four nights. Missed hotel at first as it was all scaffolded for cladding replacement - good to see that Premier are taking this seriously. 

Inside reception was friendly and efficient. Room excellent, only one drawer, perhaps because most visitors are one-nighters. Shower needs extra shelf, otherwise excellent with no dead leg. 

Buffet breakfast offers an excellent choice.

Location is great - lots of shops nearby with station a very short walk - direct trains to New Street and Birmingham International.

Amazing service from start to finish. We was taken care of by the friendly and welcoming staff Mo and his team. Beds are very comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for looking after us, can't wait to return.

Had a family wedding to attend in walsall. Lovely stay at Premier inn walsall,  friendly and approachable staff members who were very helpful. Had great sleep , would highly recommend this place . Excellent  and quality service provided , when I am in walsall will book this place again.

We we're made to feel very welcome, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.  Special shout to Mike,Laura,and Jay, but a massive thank you to Belle. So friendly and helpful. Will happily be recommending this hotel to any of my friends and family, if they ever visit Walsall.

Checked in on thursday 18th for the night. Friendly helpfull lady at the counter. check-in was fast, clean fresh room and everything a cupple need. the frayer bar next door is not a bad value for money for drink and food. been here many time. always been very good to excellents. will be back soon

Great hotel sam on front desk was really helpfull goes the extra mile to help you deserves a raise if you ask me will stay there again and would highly advise people to stay there rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is 10 out of 10 .........

Delivers what you expect

My partner and children stayed at premier inn Walsall a few weeks ago upon arrival there was a issue with our room which I wasn’t happy with after having a long day of travelling but I must say the receptionist Olivia was fantastic sorted out problem instantly and even looked after our young children who were smiling all day because of her actions!

Our stay!

This hotel has the friendliest team working there. I am a return customer always a pleasure to stay in a welcoming place. I’ve stayed at a few premier inns this one has been my favourite for customer services & making you feel valued. When I arrived in my room I had a lovely welcome back note with some hot chocolate sachets & biscuits was such a lovely touch. The staff are all very helpful & friendly which is lovely to see. Special mention to the following staff Shannon (reception) Fay, Sharon Clayton  & the team in breakfast area (don’t know their names). Keep up the great work Walsall team, thank you & see you next time x

Welcoming & friendly walsall
