the service i received from this hotel from checking in was second to none, debbie and beverley were so helpful when checking in and also the manager was brilliant helping me with getting my wifi code. i will 100% be returning to this hotel when im back working in the area

I would like to say how lovely and helpful all the staff are here, I was staying for a business trip and the food, the room and the people were great, big thanks to Debbie on reception and the bar staff they were very bubbly and informative, had a good chat with the bar stuff did everything with a massive smile and nothing was too much for them. 

I don't stay in hotels often infact 3 times in total and the previous 2 visits to other places have been really quite bad but this was great and I would highly recommend! 

Please pass this praise onto the members of staff!

Quiet, relaxing, with really good staff. Special mention to the efficient and helpful breakfast staff. Apparently I have to complete a minimum of 200 characters, so the rest is superfluous, like an extra 193 dwarfs or 174 letters of the alphabet. 

The room was comfortable and quiet with air-conditioning, a big tv with all the channels, and a tea & coffee-making kit. Best cooked breakfast I have had for years. Well done, the kitchen! Noon check-out is a big benefit.

I have stopped at the kingswinford premire several times every department has been good very clean hotel smells clean excellent food in returant and bar and restaurant staff very helpful and when greeted at reception by Kara she could not do enough to make our stay prefect this is about the third time I have stayed at kingsiwnford, the first time Michelle on reception made us feel welcome just the same as Kara did, I have also visited the premire in stourbridge I would have loved to have stayed there and have a meal there but the service was non existent I was extremely disappointed and was so pleased that the first premire I ever stayed at was kingswinford otherwise I would never have stop at the premire going on the service at stourbridge, I really feel that both Kara and Michelle could do with a bonus because if they make other people as welcome as they have made myself and my family it needs to be noted, my only thing that I feel is bad with the Kingswinford premire due to the fact that McDonald's entrance and the premire entrance uses the same road it is sometimes difficult to get onto the premire car park I'd mccdonalds has a big que the kingswinford premire could do with a second entrance but once again I praise the staff of the kingswinford premire.

Brilliant stay. Bed really comfy. Big Thank you to Liz for helping me to book my room. I was having trouble booking online. I live local so I popped in to see if someone could help me to book. Liz helped me to book it online. She was very helpful. She is a credit to your company. She also moved rooms for me as I was on top floor and I don't like lifts. She moved me to a lower floor. Nothing was too much bother for her, so Thank you Liz

Stayed here a few weeks ago after a shool reunion. Beds were really comfy & rooms were clean. The welcome at reception was reassuring  as an out of town guest & kara was very helpful & knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for 2 nights. Bedroom was spotless & bed so comfy didn't want to get up 😂 extra pillows made it more comfortable & duvet really thick. The cleaners do a amazing job & all friendly go that extra mile to please the guests by putting us extra coffee in our room can't fault this hotel or the staff. Looking forward to staying again in march.

Great stay, comfortable and quiet. Staff lovely and friendly. Had a couple of Guinness in the bar and you have a McDonald’s, papa John’s and Costa literally next door. Ideal business stay and would stay again.

Friendly and comfortable warm hotel ..lovely staff ..very welcoming very comfortable bed and super breakfast everything you need within the hotel was there ..there always help if needed...will we back again

The service received by all staff was so friendly and accommodating but one member of staff truly stood out ..  TRACEY you are an absolute credit to your company and the hospitality business ... you are so genuine, honest and helpful ... I thanked you in person but you need to be recognised for the truly wonderful person you are !!! After our chat I hope you reach your dreams and I hope your management team will allow you to get there x Thank you so much for making me feel at home, for making my stay welcoming and reassuring and the other guests I heard you deal with, nothing was too much, you really do treat others as you'd want to be treated ..  you take every extra step to make our stay away from our home and families as comfortable as can be. Above and beyond service

From start to finish the experience was wonderful, Megan checked us in, she was friendly and welcoming with Michelle on the desk next to her helping others, the room was amazing, needed binoculars to see my sister across from my bed as there was so much space in the room. Comfortable beds and quiet hotel even though it's right by McDonalds and the main road. Breakfast was enjoyable in the beefeater next door and they were also very friendly and helpful, thanks for a lovely stay, and Michelle I swear you live there as you were ways there and had a smile every time we saw you!! Will definitely be back soon xxx

I stayed overnight several days ago at the kingswinford Inn for a family funeral the next day. My father was unable to attend as planned last minute due to illness so I didn’t need all the rooms I had booked for for 2 nights.
Megan the receptionist was so helpful when I arrived late for my room and managed to cancel the rooms for me with a refund. Than you Megan. I really didn’t expect that. You were brilliant.
The following morning Michelle and Bev managed to allow the family to use my room for my Uncle, who has dementia, to use if he needed it as the wake was to be in the beefeater associated with the premiere inn. Thank you so much to you both. My cousin was so grateful.
My room was clean with a large comfy bed and great TV.
I really cannot fault the superb service by the team at an emotional time for me. I will definitely be staying again next time I visit family.

Had an amazing stay! Beds were 10/10 and comfort was unreal! Want to say thank you to Bev on reception who was a absolute delight helped us when we arrived and Nicki round at the beefeater for the best customer service but also I think there names were Izzie and Mandy for helping out with things when needed! Amazing stay would definitely stay again

The hotel room was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the service were enjoyed by the whole family, although these days there is not much of a variety. Still, the service was really good, and the food was fresh.
